ANSI End Caps
Special Metric Materials stocks ANSI end caps. ANSI end caps are used as the name suggests – to cap the end of a pipe. They provide a tight seal, and can resist chemicals, moisture and weather while stopping the flow direction of a piping system.
Special Metric Materials stocks ANSI end caps in accordance with ASTM A403 / A815 and ASME B16.9.
Nominal size ANSI end caps are available from ½” to 24”, Sch.10s and Sch.40s. Larger and custom sizes can be manufactured to order.
Special Metric Materials has ANSI end caps readily available in stainless steel 304 and 316. Both welded and seamless fittings are available.
